The VOC was calculated using the equations referenced in
ASTM D 3960, “Determination of Volatile Organic
Compound (VOC) Content of Paints and Related
Coatings”. The VOC of the material was determined in
accordance with procedures outlined in EPA Method 24,
“Determination of Volatile Matter, Water Content,
Density, Volume Solids and Weight Solids of Surface
Coatings”.
Additionally, the Fellert system meets the Indoor Air Quality emission requirements of California’s Section 01350 as per the CA/DHS/EHLB/R–174 “Standard Practice for the Test of Volatile Organic Emission from Various Sources Using Small-Scale Environmental Chambers”. |
